I can smell home from here.

Driving through Pennsylvania, even in blowing snow is beautiful. Kelly and I just love the mountains. Actually we love most mountains ,but when you add forests and farms, we are completely ridiculous about how happy we are.

These mountains have tunnels through them.

they are bright, easy to travel, and very long.

Sometimes, you come out of one mountain and go right under the next.

We did go through one tunnel that had leaks of water from some unknown source, and lots of missing tile work. Didn't inspire a lot of confidence. The sheep didn't seem to mind but we hurried through.

The entire rest of the trip was dry roads and bright skies.

We believe barns are most beautiful when red. Why? No idea, just looks right. We did get to witness a high speed police chase in Connecticut. Unfortunately the bad guy and all nine police cars flew by about 6 inches from the drivers mirror, wedged against the center barrier. One false move on any ones part and we all would have been toast. Last seen they had him surrounded at a gas station. So now we are in Maine, traffic is its usual winter minimum, just us and a few big trucks. We expect to be home shortly after 11PM
Tomorrow we will introduce all the sheep to each other a get lots of pictures, I think we'll bake some good New England beans and enjoy being home, And of course do laundry, some things never end. Thanks to all who followed along with us on this trip, The best way to travel is with lots of friends. Thank you for your prayers, we are safe and sound.Much love and prayers from Mobile Mainely Ewes Farm. Alex and Kelly
